Teaching Farms

Who owns the naturalist intelligence has a strong connection to nature and animals. He likes to grow plants (green thumb) and raise animals, he observes the various living creatures and is interested in the natural phenomena of the enviroment. Who possesses  this intelligence loves working outdoors and will likely become a botanist, a farmer or a geologist. Developing this intelligence is simple, we need to create opportunities to come into contact with nature, animals and plants.
An innovation is rappresented by the teaching farms, they are based on pratical experience. The approach consists of ‘learning by doing’. A teaching farm is a work farm where educational activities are ‘active’, in particular for children and teenagers.
The objective of a teaching farm is to spread knowledge on activities on the farm, involving children, teens and even adults, in the realization of a product or other agricultural activities, such as collection of vegetables.
